Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Case Files Ultimate mobile application and web platform operated by Graphicodx.

• Acceptance of Terms –
1. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. These Terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
• Nature of Service –
1. Case Files Ultimate is a management tool for legal professionals. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The software is intended to assist in organizing case data, schedules, and billing.
• Subscription & Payments –
1. Subscription (OPEX): Billed on a recurring basis (monthly/annually). Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
2. One-Time Purchase (CAPEX): A one-time payment for lifetime access to the current version of the software. Future major version upgrades may or may not be included based on the specific offer at the time of purchase.
• Data Privacy & Security –
1. Client Confidentiality: We understand the sensitive nature of legal data. All data is encrypted during transit and at rest.
2. Data Ownership: You (the Advocate/User) retain full ownership of the data you input. We do not claim any rights to your files or client information.
3. Security Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• User Responsibilities –
1. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
3. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the Bar Council rules or local legal regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Limitation of Liability –
1. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Case Files Ultimate is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
2. Graphicodx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the loss of data, missed deadlines, or technical failures. We strongly recommend maintaining independent backups of critical data.
• Termination –
1. We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
• Modifications to Service –
1. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Price changes for subscriptions will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
• Governing Law –
1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
